How it works:
Upon your authorization, we connect to your computer via our remote repair connection program. We often connect with you on the phone as well, so you can ask questions and we can provide additional information and tips to help you avoid trouble in the future. You can watch the technician perform tasks live and right on your monitor. At the end of the session, we remove the repair connection software and cannot reconnect or gain access to your computer unless you reauthorize and reinstall the program.
